One more sorta quick update. I have a new name for the brewery. It is not "Gullster Brewing". The name is....ready?.....I'm not telling. I've told a few folks but for now, I'm going to hold it close to my chest. I own the domain name for it and am working with my friend Chuck Brunelli, owner and single employee of firm-tofu design up in Milwaukee. When I'm a little further down the road, I'll let the cat out of the bag. Right now I'm more focused on learning the operations and business side. Oddly enough, knowing what the fuck you're trying to do first is more important than branding. I think other American businesses should try that. They'd be amazed.
